The Roaster's Choice Organic Dark Flores has a big body, low acidity with milk chocolate, cherry, pipe tobacco finishing with a spicy and citrus. The green beans are dark roasted in our shop in small batches to ensure consistency of roast and the freshest cup for you.  

The Dark Flores coffee can be best enjoyed at home using French press, drip, pour-over, percolator, or an Aeropress. Purchase as whole bean and grind it to your preference at home, or select the grind for easy use.

The Flores coffee is a beautiful wet hulled coffee which is sorted and processed with great care. It is a much cleaner coffee than many of the Sumatras with a large bean size.
